I'm still having problems getting the installer to work

Hi, I tried using to days live CD with the talking install as follows.
I press enter once after the CD is at the boot menu. Then I press down arrow once, f5, 3 and enter twice. The CD boots, but I get no speech.
I pressed escape which then booted into the desktop. I noticed accessibility was not enabled, so apparently this is the problem. For some reason accessibility is not being enabled when trying to use the direct install method.
