Which package implements MouseKeys functionality?

Hello all,

I upgraded to the 9.04 Release Candidate yesterday and noticed some
unfortunate changes* that degraded my user experience.

I have programmed in several languages over the years ('95 on), but never
extensively in C. That said, I would like to take a look at the code
implementing MouseKeys to see if I can understand it and, if I can, make
some contributions to it in the coming months. Unfortunately, being the
newbie that I am to the Linux world, I don't know which package to check out
from which repository.

Can anyone help me out? :)

Thanks,

Steven

* Most annoyingly, I mapped t and y to buttons 4 and 5 in
xkb/compat/mousekeys. They both still work, but I have to hit the key each
time I want to scroll a bit. In 8.10, I could hold the keys down and it
(e.g., Firefox, Terminal, gedit) would keep scrolling.
