E-mail?

I think a lt of blind/vision impaired people use Evolution or Thunderbird, but this is a guess, since I don't know for sure, and I'll let them comment. I use a text mode email coient called mutt, however it has a sleepish learning curve, however it is very configurable, and very powerful.
