Orca/speech in 9.04..again

Hi,
Try the following on a clean 9.04 installation:
Open a gnome-terminal

sudo aptitude install speech-dispatcher  python-speechd
then run 
spd-conf 
and create a new configuration for your user.
select espeak as outputmodule 
and port 6560.
select oss as sound output
start speech-dispatcher.
speech-dispatcher -C /home/your_name/.speech-dispatcher/conf/ -d
rm -r ~/.orca

orca -t
Select speech-dispatcher  as speech-system.
