the ubuntu software store

Hi, I notice the ubuntu software store is now in karmic. According to the notes I red, this is going to replace the add remove programs that works so well with Orca. Has anyone tested this? From what I found at a quick glance. The ubuntu software store is not accessible. Some of the buttons are announced. But after clicking on them tab doesn't give any real usable information.
