Problem with accessible login in Karmic

My test results is following:
I removed libgnome-speech7 package temporary, because need test with
this feature with new default speech-dispatcher speech backend. When I
removed my .orca folder with /var/lib/gdm directory, restart the system.
When gdm started, Orca talks the speech-dispatcher backend and the
accessible login feature works correct with first login. After logging
in, Orca works correct.
First test is correct.

But when I logout, Orca is silent (speech-dispatcher does'nt work or
stopped but not launched again? I am not sure). When I login again, Orca
speech correct with speech-dispatcher.

So, two problem need solving I think with final release if possible
(anybody please confirm with tests):
1. Need put missing gconf entryes and at-spi-registryd-wrapper with
correct places (see my two prewious long letter).

2. Need solve this speech-dispatcher problem when the user logout with
the session. First login is work correct.
