Compiz keybinds conflicts

Hi, 

Mvo promised that this panel switcher problem will be fixed in Lucid, I know that compiz still has some conflicts with application specific keybindings (for example firefox table navigation  https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=578099). 

Lets work to fix compiz keybinding issues for lucid. :)
