This day morning upgrades kill my panels with my Lucid system

Dear List,

When I this day morning installs all upgrades my Lucid system, after the 
upgrade process is finished, I lost the top and bottom panel, and the 
Main menu and run dialog shortcuts is not working.
This is possible a general problem. Please be careful!

Now, I downloading actual Lucid Beta1 release and I look the problem is 
present with this day live CD or not.
