upgrading to lucid

Hi Charlie,

thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure and figured best to play it safe. I thought it
might only have been OK to jump the .10 i.e. 9.04 to 10.04, skipping 9.10 was
OK but 8.04 had to go via 9.04 to get to 10.04. I guess it makes sense since
8.04 would still be 'supported'. Personally, I'm just too impatient to wait
that long! Bring on October!
