[Alex Midence]

Hi, all,

My name is Alex Midence and I am a user of Ubuntu via the Vinux
distribution.  I hope to learn a lot and contribute to this list in
whatever way I can.  I heard about this list from a posting of Luke's
on the Vinux forum.  I'm visually impaired, married, got 1 kid and
another on the way, two cats and a dog.  I live in the U.S. and work
in the retirement plan industry as a call center trainer.  I play some
guitar, enjoy tinkering with computers, thoroughly enjoy Linux in
general and Vinux in particular and like messing around with c++ as I
learn the language.
