At-spi package updates ready for testing.

Hey folks,
Its that time again, we have some proposed updates from upstrea for some at-spi components, version 2.2.2 of at-spi2-core and at-spi2-atk. As before, please install these packages from oneiric-proposed, and give feedback in the below bugs.
