Thanks for the bug, and my apologies. I was working on fixing an upgrade bug that was being experienced when users upgrade from Lucid, which required adding another package to the pyatspi source package. I neglected to make sure the pyatspi module was being put into a package at all, let alone the right package, as I assumed that it would continue to work as it always did. That wasn't the case.
Once the new binary package is available, I will reply to this post giving a link to the deb that people can download directly, and get installed ASAP.
At this time of the cycle, such things should not fall through the cracks, but this is a good learning experience and teaches one to be more careful.
