LightDm already support in Precise the accessible login with Orca Screen Reader?

Hy,

I see in unity-greeter application following change in 
changelog.debian.gz, quote a little part:
"unity-greeter (0.2.0-0ubuntu1) precise; urgency=low
- Fix Orca not starting when enabling screen reader (LP: #850554)"
This is mean LightDm already supports accessible login with Orca Screen 
Reader?
If yes, how can possible setting the required settings to test this 
function in command line without sighted assistance?
I not have yet latest installed Precise system, and my installed system 
unfortunately little broken, so future I need reinstalling the system.
