how to set a shortcut key for shutdown in Precise?

Hi list,
I use Precise, Unity 2D and Orca 3.4.2.
I know how to define shortcut keys through the Keyboard settings. In Natty I used Control+Alt+O to shutdown the computer but in Precise this is for to log out.
What command do I have to type when I want to define a shortcut key for shutdown? Thanks in advance
