An importanter GTK3 menues related bug

Hy Luke,

You remember, I wrote following bugreport with main menu focus issues 
related:

If an user pressed F10 key, Orca don't spokened the first main menue.
I installed now all awailable updates my Ubuntu 12.04 system, GTK3 
components are upgraded with 3.3.20 version. The surprise happened me 
after I restart my system: menues right speaking in all applications 
(Gedit, Terminal, etc).
Very thank you the bug fix. What components happened a fix this error 
related? The fix awailable with upstream too?
I ask this, because the linked bugreport not happened status change.
