Build Orca on Ubuntu 12.04

Thank you, Luke!

I will try to contact speechd and at-spi.
The DISPLAY issue is solved by uninstalling GTK 3.1.92. Also, the
look-and-feel return to normal.
The strange thing is that Orca can be `make clean && make` without GTK
3.1.92. I guess gnome-orca-3.4.1 get dependency failure only on `configure`
stage.
I will go on my hacking :-)
