It used to be in Universal Access, but I haven't found it there. Thanks for any help. Glenn Lenny/Glenn/N0YJV "Happiness depends more on the inward disposition of mind than on outward circumstances." I selected Czech keyboard layout and I checked auto login. But after auto login, keyboard layout is English, but in settings, I can see Czech oly. So where can I check and fix the layout? In second computer, I installed the same Ubuntu, but I selected require password, and after login, keyboard is ok. But I want to use auto login, because I don't like the lightdm-greeter-gtk. Hello Pavel, I'm not sure it's a Mate specific issue but I can confirm the issue. The workaround we have found at Hypra is to add a shell script in "/etc/X11/Xsession.d/" that will execute "xkbmap" to set the keyboard layout. Further to this, I have found a fix, such that Orca will properly read the top indicator menu, and also the menus in Mate should also work properly. The fixes should hopefully be in Ubuntu 17.04 for testing by the end of the week, and then available for users in another week or so, all per Ubuntu's update procedure. I think I have some gsettings commands I can run for that but they're not for unity. The installation went mostly well up to the point I closed the ubuntu home page on firefox and then a while later rebooted when the screen reader didn't tell me the install was complete and wouldn't respond to my attempts to explore the screen. I got this version with a torrent too much file corruption out there otherwise. --
