zeniel accessibility configuration

I'm using orca and for now shortly after login the screen reader shuts 
down.
I think I have some gsettings commands I can run for that but they're not 
for unity.
The installation went mostly well up to the point I closed the ubuntu home 
page on firefox and then a while later rebooted when the screen reader 
didn't tell me the install was complete and wouldn't respond to my 
attempts to explore the screen.
I got this version with a torrent too much file corruption out there 
otherwise.
