Xenial Mate

Hi,
I have a Pine64, like a Raspberry PI, an ARM device.
In looking at the Linux options, one Ubuntu flavor is Xenial Mate.
Initially I will SSH into it, but I'm wondering if anyone knows whether Xenial Mate GUI usually comes with Orca?
Or SpeakUp for that matter.
