streaming web page from the CLI

Hi,
I have a broadcastify/radio reference account that I use to stream local police and fire, since they are all digital now.
I would like to boot to a CLI and interface the web page and stream this.
I've been doing this from my main windows computer, but I want to do it with a less powerful computer.
I would need to enter my username and password to stream it without commercials.
Is there a CLI utility that would work for this, or would I need to use a text-based browser to log into the page and enter my login information?
I'm sure I can get the URL that goes to the right page, so maybe the Linux version of a shortcut that includes the browser and link in it?
I've used Links in Linux I believe, I don't think it was windows CLI, but I had gotten an idea of that and I'm not sure if it is friendly for edit fields.
Any suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks
Glenn
