Alt+Super+S Not Working in ubuntu-23.04-desktop-amd64.iso

Hi Al,

I downloaded 23.04-desktop-amd64.iso from www.releases.ubuntu.com and 
installed successful with the help of Orca. After the startup sound 
alt+super+S started Orca. Orca+H tells 44.0.
