Alt+Super+S Not Working in ubuntu-23.04-desktop-amd64.iso

Hi all,

I'm experimenting with the various flavors of Ubuntu to see which Desktop I
prefer. I had no problems installing Ubuntu Mate; However as the subject
says, I downloaded ubuntu-23.04-desktop-amd64.iso yesterday and could not
launch the screen reader. I get the startup sound after the system boots,
but alt+super+s does nothing.

Where's the best place to report this issue, and does anyone know of any
alternate working installers in the meantime?
