[Ubuntu-AE] 4 Dec UAE Ubuntu Loco Meetup

I second Neil on the online meetup.

Lets mix it up.

And it would be good to see more people in a face to face meetup too -
perhaps we can arrange for a meetup during the weekend sometime and all us
UAE Ubuntu-ers grab some burgers. With forward planning, all things are
possible.
