For me personally it sounds good.

It can also be added to loco.ubuntu.com as a meeting.

A few main issues that should be addressed before hand are; a chair for 
the meeting, agenda and also a scribe (I have set up an IRC bot once or 
twice, the last one was very nice and it actually created the minutes of 
the meeting after the meeting and takes all the hassle out of reporting).
