Hi,

We are thankful to Asad for suggesting and designing the draft logo .. 
Further designing has been handed over to our professional designer and 
he has come back to me with first draft, please check and comment. I 
have asked him to remove the grey background and align the bottom image 
(buildings) along the length of the text and round logo.

Let me know asap so that we can finalise it and put it up on the website 
and wiki.
