As per best practices I have registered the face to face meeting on the 
loco teams portal (loco.ubuntu.com).

Please feel free to review it 
(http://loco.ubuntu.com/events/ubuntu-ae/2129/detail/) and make any 
changes as needed. (Please note as per the naming convention on the site 
a face to face meetup like we have planned is refered to as an event, 
and meetings are reserved for IRC meetings).
