Dear Hamidreza, Abdullah;

Following to the meeting we had on 28,Oct I wrote down the process of starting:

-collecting packages (I have copied 3.8 GB downloaded packages of
Maverick (10.10) for Abdullah)
-make list of downloaded packages
-conduct a survey in different faculties of Herat University
-make dvd package repository
-write and record (video) howtos for installing Ubuntu and using dvd
package repository
