Apuesto a que es porque usás el mirror de Argentina (fijate las lineas 
deb que comienzan con ar.*.ubuntu.com). El mirror local me ha dado 
muuuchos problemas muuuchas veces. Se soluciona elegiendo otro país, o 
el principal como último recurso. Lo podés cambiar visualmente desde 
Synaptic, Configuración, Repositorios, Descargar desde. En ese combo 
podés elegir otro mirror.

Calculo que el mirror de Argentina tiene mal las claves públicas, o 
tiene paquetes dañados o algo, ¿alguien podría confirmarlo? Por mi 
parte, desde el momento que me dio problemas en varios lugares, no lo 
usé nunca más. Hacé la prueba y contá como te fue.
