[ubuntu-ar] extraño problema con la navegación en internet

Ahi te lo mande por privado.

La unica diferencia si no me equivoco es el TTL del IP (64 de ubuntu
contra 128 en linux).
Le subi el TTL en ubuntu y parece que andaría un poco mejor:

sudo iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -o eth0 -j TTL --ttl-set 255
