[Bug 55560] [Sync Request] classpath 0.91-3

Public bug reported:

Please sync classpath 0.91-3 from debian unstable.  It is OK to override
ubuntu changes.  This package builds in an edgy amd64 pbuilder.

  * Install header files to /usr/include/classpath.
