Hi!

Please sync libapache-mod-python from Debian unstable (main).

The package builds fine in an up-to-date edgy pbuilder and Ubuntu specific
changes can be dropped.

Debian changelog since current edgy version 2:2.7.11-1ubuntu1:

libapache-mod-python (2:2.7.11-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Re-enable -DEAPI option in src/Makefile.in, see
    debian/patches/01_makefiles-configure.dpatch (closes: #387647).
