You didn't describe the changes you're overwriting, and one of them is:

-  * Remove dependency for babytrans-common

-Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}
+Depends: ${shlibs:Depends}, babytrans-common

babytrans-common is not in Ubuntu at present.

Please follow the sync policy in future so that we don't have to spend
time investigating this - it slows down syncs for everyone.
