Please sync flyspray (0.9.8-10) from Debian unstable (main).

The Ubuntu package has no changes.

The package builds cleanly in a feisty pbuilder.

    be triggered to bypass admin mode, if triggering a redirect and making php

flyspray (0.9.8-9) unstable; urgency=high

  * set urgency to high as the fix is trivial and fixes an anoying problem.
  * Fix stupid problem in the postinst that made /etc/flyspray/debconf_info
    quite useless (Closes: #404847).
  * Update templates cz.po thanks to Miroslav Kure (Closes: #389619).
