[Bug 105187] Please remove deluge-torrent 0.4.1-2 source+binary from feisty/universe

Binary package hint: deluge-torrent

The current deluge-torrent binary in feisty/universe potentially
corrupts its torrent downloads[0]. Its upstream developer has stated
that he'd rather not have the current broken release in feisty at
all[1].

Please remove deluge-torrent source+binary from feisty/universe.

After discussion with dholbach, the current plan is to backport a
"better" source package into feisty-backports[2].
