[Bug 135716] Please remove php-interbase from Gutsy

Public bug reported:

Please remove the php-interbase source package from Gutsy, because now
php5-interbase gets build out of the "php5" source package.

Additionally, please remove the obsolete php4-interbase package, which
has been provided by php-interbase.
