New printer driver packages: pxljr, m2300w, epsoneplijs

These (and splix) are only some drivers for common winprinters. They do 
not take much space on the CD, but make many people's printers simply 
work out of the box.

The steps for auto-downloadable drivers for the Ubuntu site are:

- Patch CUPS (best do it upstream) to have a PPD path, which means a 
list of directories which are searched for PPDs in order. It could be 
controlled by cupsd.conf. For our new FHS standard for the PPD 
directories we should have

PPDPath /usr/local/share/ppd:/opt/share/ppd:/usr/share/ppd

This would assure that CUPS searches the PPDs in the right priority order

- Introduce printerdrake into Ubuntu, so that the auto-lookup 
funtionality can be added to printerdrake.
