libcompizconfig-backend-kconfig rejected

Hi,

I've just rejected your libcompizconfig-backend-kconfig package due to
the following problems:

- Parts of the package are licenced under the LGPL, but there is no
  copy of the LGPL in the orig.tar.gz

- The source package seems to contain
  compizconfig-backend-kconfig-0.0.1.tar.bz2 and
  compizconfig-backend-kconfig-0.0.1.tar.gz which does not seem to
  belong there, as well as matching .cdbs-config_list

As an extra note (but not grounds for rejection); why is there a
Makefile.am.in there?  It looks quite crazy.

Please fix those problems and reupload.
