gtkglextmm rejected

Hi,

I have just rejected your gtkglextmm upload due to the following
problems:

- debian/copyright claims the whole source is LGPL, while bits in
  examples/ as well as tools/ have other licences.

- Some of the files in examples/ such as logo-g.c seem to be generated
  from a different source file rather than being written by hand, but
  no other source is provided.  Please either get a statement from
  upstream that they were written by hand, or provide the original
  image file and any necessary tools to convert it into the format in
  the file.

Please fix those problems and reupload.
