Rejecting opencryptoki

Hello William,

the opencryptoki orig.tar.gz ships ./doc/openCryptoki-HOWTO.pdf
without providing source for this (such as a LaTeX or OO.o document).

Unlike the GPL, the CPL actually allows doing this, but only if the
program clearly states where to get it (see 3. iv). I did not see any
prominent pointer to it (such as in debian/copyright). 

The orig.tar.gz also ships ./autom4te.cache/. That itself is not a
reason for rejection, but it shuold disappear from the orig.tar.gz,
because it is just useless clutter which takes a lot of space.

Please also discuss this with upstream, so that they will ship good
tarballs in the future.
