Rejecting usplash-theme-ubuntustudio

Hi Toby,

I have to reject this package, because ubuntustudio-theme.c is GPL
(unlike the rest of the package which is CC-BY-SA), but there is no
copy of the GPL in the tarball. Also, debian/rules needs to point this
out and link to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL.

Please upload a fixed version with the same version number.
