please sync egenix-mx-base (3.0.0-2) from unstable; ubuntu changes
integrated in the debian package

egenix-mx-base (3.0.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

  * Added conflicts/depends on old python2.3 packages again.
  * Build python-egenix-mx-base-dbg with debug versions of the modules as
    suggested by Mathias Klose.
