Rejecting ebox

Hi Soren,

I rejected ebox from source NEW, due to the following reasons:

- wrong copyright year in debian/copyright, gpl 2 *only* (not later option)
- postinst: remove the "chmod 0440 /etc/sudoers"

The following things should be fixed as well (but are not blocking NEW acceptance):
- remove build.log from diff.gz
- do not ship 'ebox' default password; make it empty initially, localhost ebox
  URL leads to password change page, remote login does not work
- deb ships a static ./var/lib/ebox/.pgpass (I did not check this with
  the latest version, though, so you might have fixed this already)
