Rationale:
    New Debian revision fixes segfault on start bug
    No outstanding Ubuntu changes
    New Debian revision builds successfully on gutsy

Additional Debian changelog:

 klineakconfig  (0.9-6) unstable; urgency=low

   * QA upload.
   * Fix a segfault of startup. Thanks to Xavier Gnata for the patch.
     Closes: #430289.
