Please sync quark 3.21-3.2 from Debian unstable (main). Ubuntu change is
now in Debian package as stated in the changelog.

Last Ubuntu changelog entry:
quark (3.21-3.1ubuntu1) gutsy; urgency=low

  * Rebuild with libxine1.
  * debian/control:
    - Add missing , to Depends.
    - Change Maintainer to XSBC-Original-Maintainer.

Last Debian changelog entry:

  * Non-maintainer upload.
  * add , ${shlibs:Depends} and ${misc:Depends}; closes: #427316
  * Change maintainer address to sven at powerlinux.fr
