I have checked this by reviewing the relevant changelogs and the
submitter is correct. (I have corrected the erroneous "-" in the
version number to "." in the bug description above.)
The sync should be processed as described.
** Description changed:
Binary package hint: laptop-detect
Package: laptop-detect
- Version: 0.13-2
+ Version: 0.13.2
From: Debian unstable
All Ubuntu patches has been applied upstream:
* Add support for looking for an APM battery (has been merged into Debian)
* Check that '/dev/mem' is readable before running 'dmidecode' (has been merged into Debian)
* Fix the DMI check so that it actually works (has been merged into Debian)
as well as the proposed Ubuntu patches in bug #40503 and bug #91447:
* laptop-detect.in: Load battery module before probing for acpi batteries. (has been merged into Debian)
* Add versioned dependency to dmidecode 2.8-2 since we use chassis-type. (has been merged into Debian)
