[Bug 118964] Please drop csound & cecilia from ia64 and amd64

Binary package hint: csound

Please remove the csound and cecilia binaries from ia64 and amd64.

Rationale for CSound:
    There are many 32-bit assumptions in the code
    CSound doesn't work on amd64 (ia64 not yet tested)
    Debian has dropped these architectures since 1:4.23f13-1.1

Rationale for Cecilia:
    This package is a front-end for CSound, and is useless without CSound
    The distributed binaries cannot start due to issues with CSound initialisation
