Rejecting xfce4-time-out-plugin

Hi,

I've rejected the xfce4-time-out-plugin upload to gutsy

debian/copyright and COPYING mention that the software is under GPL but
the sources are under LGPL. Could you talk to upstream and make them fix
either the sources or the COPYING and adapt the copyright then?

Another small glitch, panel-plugin/time-out-fadeout.c is also under 
"Copyright (c) 2007 Jannis Pohlmann <jannis at xfce.org>" which is not
clear from the way your organized the copyright
