Binary package hint: libstruts1.2-java

Please sync  libstruts1.2-java 1.2.9-2 from Debian unstable (main). The
only Ubuntu change was Use java-gcj-compat instead of kaffe. It has now
been incorporated in Debian package.

This package can now be sync.
