Binary package hint: libapache-mod-jk

please sync libapache-mod-jk 1:1.2.23-2 from Debian unstable (main). Ubuntu changes was point workers.tomcat_home to tomcat5, and point java_home to kaffe in debian/workers.properties.
- Debian package now points workers.tomcat_home to tomcat5
- we now prefer gcj to kaffe, so this change can be dropped.

This package can now be sync.
