Please sync openipmi (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only Ubuntu change was changing the libsnmp9-dev Build-Depends to libsnmp-dev. This isn't actually required, since libsnmp-dev Provides both libsnmp9-dev and libsnmp10-dev and the buildds are happy to install it instead of the numbered -devs.

openipmi (2.0.11-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * new upstream release from 2007-02-25
    (closes: Bug#392788)

The package installs and builds fine in a Gutsy chroot.
